Staff fantastic, friendly and helpful. Perfect location - 10 min walk to beach. Quiet and away from the action. Good air conditioning. Easy free parking on surrounding streets. Comfortable bed. Nice common areas. Great breakfast catering to dietary requirements.

There was a roof terrace, but for some reason it wasn't available.

This cute hotel is situated in a fantastic location, in a quiet but central area, really close to the beach and many amenities. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast offers a good variety of items to suit everyone's tastes, and there are nice facilities such as air conditioning and a wide-screen TV. the family-like atmosphere of this bijou hotel makes for a pleasant stay.

The staff and owner of hotel very rude!!!! The staff didn't help me to buy a trani tickets via Internet when I asked them to help. The price of hotel including a possibility to use a terasse for sunbath. But at first day they lost a key from terasse, second day theu told that terasse closed for reconstraction, at third day the owner of hotel told me to go to the beach because the terasse is his property and he invited to go there not everybody. He told that site Booked.net had written a wrong translation his offer. He told me if I don't like this hotel I have to go to Russia. The room was small. The bed was short even for my small height.They didn't cleaner room everyday. They ussualy didn't bring a shampo, shower gel and fresh towels every day. Breakfast was applied in a filthy garden, which was located on the basement level. Breakfast is expensive for the offered price. When the air conditioner, the room was filled with stench and it was impossible to breathe. I refused to return the money when I wanted to leave the hotel before the paid period. The site was pointed out four stars, but on the door of the hotel in fact was only 3. But the hotel does not meet the level of even 3 stars.In addition, staff does not speak English and did not understand in Russian, as announced on the website. But they could call you like a stupid person very fluently. I have never, and never received such a service.

It is a great place. Especially the owner is a very good guy and friendly. This is one of the good places that I stay before.

Our city break was made even better by our stay in this cozy hotel. The breakfast spread was delightful with a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to both the train station and the beach. The room we stayed in had great air conditioning which was much needed during our stay.

Although the room was comfortable, we did notice that some parts of it looked a little worn out. The bathroom could use a bit more decoration to spruce it up.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was nestled in a quiet part of town, yet still close to the center of Cannes. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amenities such as air conditioning and an in-room safe. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden area where we could relax and unwind. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were convenient amenities that enhanced our experience.
